Responsibilities
King George County Attorney Kelly Lackey is chief legal counsel to the Board of Supervisors of the County and the Board of Directors of the Public Service Authority in all civil matters. She also provides legal representation to the County Administrator, General Manager, and departments or divisions reporting to them as well as to the County's constitutional officers (in the absence of conflicts or other representation).
The County Attorney's Office does not provide private legal representation of legal advice.
