From VDOT Fredericksburg District for Oct. 5-11:
Route 614 (Potomac Drive) CLOSED
Monday - Tuesday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pipe installation. Road will close to through traffic between Bennion Road and Commerce Drive. Potomac Drive will reopen at 3 p.m. Monday with stone covering the new drainage pipe. On Tuesday, crews will close Potomac Drive to replace the stone with asphalt. Travelers seeking to access driveways on Potomac Drive during this time will be able to access homes by entering and exiting the road from the Commerce Drive intersection.
