Youth Wrestling

This program is designed to introduce newcomers to the basic skills of wrestling and further advance those who have participated in the past. Physical activity, building friendships, and sportsmanship are emphasized in this program. Meets are held on weekends in Northern Virginia. King George is a member of the Northern Virginia Wrestling Federation. 

Boys & Girls

Ages: 5 - 14 years old

Dates for Competitive: November 12th - March 1st

Dates for Practice Only: November 12th - February 27th

Location: King George Middle School Vo-Tech Building

The registration deadline is November 1st.

Competitive (5-8 year olds): Tuesdays & Thursdays (5:30PM - 6:30PM) $125 AAU Card included

Competitive (9-14 year olds): Tuesdays & Thursdays (6:30PM - 8:00PM) Fridays (6:00PM - 7:30PM) $125 AAU Card included

Practice Only (5-12 year olds): Tuesdays & Thursdays (5:30PM - 6:30PM) $82 AAU Card NOT included
